An Opportunity Pipeline
Digitised Shift design thinking tools, aided by AI, helps young people generate powerful pitches for the continuation of their community campaigns. This provides young people with an opportunity to be entrepreneurial and proactively market themselves to would-be donors, thus flipping the script on how money usually flows to these groups.
Easy Fund Distribution
Whenever funding is matched, young people receive it easily utilizing innovative payment methods capable of distributing funds anywhere in the world - but especially where the most disadvantaged groups live. Payments are triggered by campaign milestones and reporting is simplified to favor youth-led impact storytelling, rather than lengthy paperwork processes.
Tracking Progress
Change takes time and requires sustained pressure. It’s important that young people understand what it takes to sustain a successful movement. Using key indicators of successful groups, we will help changemakers unearth their super strengths and smooth over any cracks with a game that helps them monitor their progress.

When our growth tracking tool identifies an area for improvement, youth are directed towards content from their peers curated from across our Shifter community and delivered in a way that truly connects with them.

Shifters tell us all the time that they want to connect with others across the globe working on similar problems. Our platform will enable young people to collaborate with and inspire one other across borders, with AI enabling real-time translation to overcome language barriers.
We are backed by 100 years of experience delivering change for children across the globe. But we also have an eye to the future driven by our philosophy that sustainable change must be led by communities themselves. We are committed to ensuring that young people have everything they need around them to grow and sustain movements capable of bridging barriers that the most marginalized communities face.
