Our model transfers power to young people in our community who are already taking action on issues that matter most to them. 

We are proudly born in Asia - in Myanmar in fact! Since then our model has expanded to over 20 countries across Save the Children’s network, supporting young people to tackle issues such as air pollution, sexual harassment, teenage pregnancy, early marriage and LGBTQ+ rights. 

Shift offers young changemakers an opportunity to be supported by Save the Children, offering skills, tools, networks, mentorship, and resources to take their community campaigning to the next level. We also provides our own staff and partners with a consistent methodology and approach to uplift adolescent and youth campaigners.
