We are GYBN, JCI Tunari, and Partners Campus San Simón, a coalition of youth-led organizations dedicated to sustainable development and environmental advocacy. In 2024, we launched Toma Impulso, a campaign to promote green entrepreneurship, sustainable business practices, and environmental awareness. Our mission? To make sustainability a way of life, empowering businesses and individuals to adopt eco-friendly practices for a cleaner, greener future.

The Right-Sized Problem
In Bolivia, many businesses and entrepreneurs lack awareness and access to information on how to transition to sustainable and eco-friendly practices. Without proper guidance, harmful business habits continue, contributing to environmental degradation and pollution. To address this, we aimed to connect green entrepreneurs, educate businesses, and inspire consumers to support sustainability.
What did we do?
Through activation events, university partnerships, and a large-scale sustainability fair, we engaged thousands of people across Cochabamba.
Offline Impact
🌱 Ecological Stands – Set up 15 eco-stands across the city to promote green products, recycling, and environmental education.
📌 QR Codes in 11 Cafés – Provided digital resources on sustainability, making information accessible to everyday consumers.
🚌 Posters & Public Transport Outreach – Placed 300 posters on buses & 600 in public spaces, ensuring wide community engagement.
🏛️ University Events – Participated in 3 university entrepreneurship events, engaging students and young professionals.
🌍 Toma Impulso Fair (Dec 5-7, 2024) – A 3-day sustainability festival featuring:

Eco-business networking & product showcases
Culinary demonstrations & sustainable food tasting
Silent Music Festival – an eco-friendly celebration
Online & Media Impact
📱 Social Media Campaigns – Reached 116K views on Instagram, 28K on TikTok, and 203K on Facebook, using influencers to spread awareness.
🎥 Video Storytelling – Produced and shared engaging campaign content, amplifying our message.
📰 Media Coverage – Featured in national newspapers, radio, and TV, reaching over 21 million people.

Created Bolivia’s first eco-entrepreneur manifesto to drive policy change.
One of our greatest successes was the Silent Music Festival, an innovative way to celebrate sustainability while reducing noise pollution. Many attendees said they had never experienced an event like this before, showing that fun and sustainability can go hand in hand.
